The Grove Frisco
Designed for people who’d rather walk than drive everywhere
The Grove is one of Frisco’s newer developments, built on a different premise than the sprawling communities to the west. Compact lots, homes closer together, and a design that leans walkable — sidewalks that go somewhere and greenbelt connections.
For some buyers that’s exactly right. Coming from a city, downsizing from a lot you’re tired of maintaining, or simply not wanting a half-acre of St. Augustine to water through a Texas August — The Grove makes sense.
The homes are current — modern floor plans, contemporary finishes, better energy efficiency than anything from 2003. You’re buying newer systems and a warranty rather than someone else’s deferred maintenance.
The tradeoff is space and privacy. Smaller yards, closer neighbors, and the young landscaping that comes with any newer build. If a big backyard is central to how your family lives, look west or north instead.
