It started at the dinner table

My dad has been a licensed real estate broker for more than 27 years — most of it in Illinois, and now here in Texas. My uncle runs a mortgage company. Closings, appraisals, financing, difficult sellers: that was normal conversation in my house.

I earned my own real estate license in Illinois in my early twenties. Then life moved me to California, and I built something different first.

Eighteen years running my own company

In California I started a beauty business — one chair, no clients, no safety net. Over eighteen years I grew it into a company with a team of artists working under me, serving a clientele who expected the work to be flawless every single time.

It ran almost entirely on referrals and repeat business. Nobody returned because of advertising. They returned because I listened carefully, remembered what mattered to them, and never let a detail slide.

That turned out to be the most useful preparation for real estate I could have had. Different product. Identical job: earn the trust, protect the investment, get every detail right.

Then Texas

I moved to Frisco in July 2023 and did what every transplant does — opened a map, listed neighborhoods I couldn’t pronounce, and started learning. Which side of the Tollway. Which elementary school. Why one street sells in nine days and the next takes ninety.

A year ago my dad relocated to Texas himself. I wasn’t his agent — I was his daughter, doing the research, walking the neighborhoods, helping him decide where to land. Watching a 27-year broker evaluate a market from the buyer’s side of the table taught me more than any classroom could.

Now I do this for other families

I hold my Texas real estate license with Keller Williams out of the Dallas Preston Road Market Center, focused on the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex and the surrounding North Texas communities — with particular attention to luxury properties and families relocating from out of state.

Outside of work

My son is in college here in Frisco. When I’m not showing homes you’ll find me at Legacy West, the Frisco Farmers Market on Saturday morning, or at Arwa Yemeni Coffee getting a matcha.

The honest local recommendations: Egg Posh for breakfast. Rodeo Goat when you want a burger and don’t want to think about it. Earl's Kitchen + Bar for when you want to make your date night feel special.
